excellent mod. good voice acting. some interesting characters and the island plantation is a good change of scenery from the rest of oblivion. my only complaint is that the town itself looks a bit too much like cheydinhal. i think they could've varied a bit more otherwise i definately recommend this mod

I have to give props. What turned into a subtle sidetrip from the Knights of the Nine turned into a full freakin' in-game month of awesomeness. I loved the Imperial Legion. Brings back morrowind memories. The count's quest was fun as well. The skooma quest also made me laugh. There are a few bugs, but this is really an amazing job. The best player made city. Period. Mad props.
