Indeed, an overhaul I consider compared to the vanilla sounds. Your ears would love it, so download and make them happy ^_^. And if you're one of those who find that the wind ambience is too loud, then I recommend installing this on top of OSSO: http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=11720

I try a lot of MODs--and ditch most of them. This one is on my short list of those that have stood the test of time.

The effect wasn't immediately noticeable, but I did began to notice quite an increase in the quality of the ambient sounds after a while... and when I heard the insects I knew this mod was doing its work
Kudos for not overdoing it. You know a mod is good when you don't even notice you're using it while it enhances your playing experience.

I have given this file my endorsement.
I have to disable this when doing Fingers of the Mountain as it causes a crash. However otherwise it stays enabled
