Alright, I have come across a few questions lately and there is no question forum (except for the MEmod one, or if I missed it...) could there possibabley be an addition of a question forum, for mwsource itself?
(OT: I know Ive said this somewhere else, but there needs to be a question smiley!)

How about simply asking your questions in the relevant forum?

We have clearly defined posting areas for Morrowind and its expansions, technical problems, mods, construction set etc.... and there is the site feedback forum for questions relating to this site.

As for a question mark smilie - there is one you can attach to your post.

ok im a level 27 mage im a high elf and im conjoir in mage guild and i need to get in "Imperial Orrery" the door is look i need a key to get in iv almost wait 24 hour of the day for someone to come out i look all over the mage university but i cant find a key or a person who has the key enyone know how to get in?
