SKSE ControllerOffset command

Hello I was wondering if there was a way to use the -ControllerOffset command with SKSE, I was going to use this so we could race each other on who could beat skyrim faster and as he doesn't have a copy of Skyrim anymore (his xbox broke). I was wondering if there was a way for me to use a controller offset so that one controller would control one screen and one controller would control another. I already have everything figured out for having both windows open and have done some testing to see how well it could work on my system and I can guarantee that it'll work. but when I try to use the controller offset command It never works. I cant use any commands really with it, the commands like -AlwaysFocus or -ControllerOffset=1 or even a simple -SaveID=2 wont work, any thought on how to get around this? And to anyone wondering why I put the multiplayer tag it is because this knowledge would help me put together a working split-screen set up that I would give a tutorial on once this minor issue is fixed. Thank you to all the replies in advanced
