This mod is merely a house, set inside the Mania area in the Shivering Isles world. It's a safe place to dump your valuables. Within the home is a collection of display cases, as well as some visual flair. It's small, but it should more than fulfill the needs for any adventurer.
The house will appear on map and can be fast traveled to o

The mod is now on Shivering Isles House at Oblivion Nexus - mods and community.
I give this mod a rating of 6/10. Should there have been a warning about the resetting container, I would have given it a much better score. Personaly, I like to put a few items in the display cases but most items are better suited for containers.
The main door level of the house has display cases and a few containers semi-hidden under the stairs leading up. As the only locations in Oblivion I've stored items have been inside the regular house (from the vanilla version, usually from the duke/duchess), I assumed I could safely store items anywhere inside the house added by this mod. Well I was in for a surprise as I came to retreive my items in the understairs containers, items had been replaced, just like they would have been should I have stored them inside a dungeon chest or a camp food bag. Luckily Mercer Meka, gave me a reference to RefScope at Oblivion Nexus - mods and community so I could easily get the items list that were in the containers which content later was replaced. If not for that, it would have taken me over an hour to add the items to the game which was adversly affected by the problem caused by this mod ; without a clear warning, assuming everything in a house mod is safe to store is reasonable.
How hard would it have been to put one or all these warnings?
- Put a distinctive note in every resetting container, especially with a name starting with "WARNING: ".
- Have a trigger displaying a very clear waning message when approaching the unsafe containers.
