Mobile Game concept feedback

Hail, greetings and salutations everyone!

Me and a couple of my friends are working on a mobile game (only a concept for now) and are looking to do some market research.
As part of this research we've created a google form which we're looking to get responses to.
In short the video game can be described as a fairy tale inspired rhytm based platformer.
The working title for the project is 'GrimmDunk' for anyone interested.
