Masterful, masterful, masterful! I use this with Intelligence Overhaul without Book learning (remember to set "PCBaseMagickaMult" to -1 in the SupremeMagicka.ini file) for a balanced, fun, varied, and extremely gratifying Magicka experience. With this mod, you don't HAVE to be a musclebound brute to make it in Cyrodiil, even when running challenging mods such as OOO/MMM etc. I do think the default Soul Gem values should be closer to those of Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, but the beauty of this mod is that you can customize it to whatever you want in the SupremeMagicka.ini file. Works wonderfully with Midas Magic. Now that I've used this mod, I don't want to go back to Vanilla Magics. Kudos to StrategyMaster for taking the time to maintain and constantly improve this finest of mods. Unrelated tip: if you're tired of weird Vanilla leveling scheme, where you don't get due attribute credit for ALL of the skills you cultivate, check out Realistic Leveling by Donovan Baarda abo.
