I have given this file my endorsement.

Though most of the characters' voices were too low to hear clearly, quest lines to achieve the ownership of this big house were fantastic!!

Great quest line, but my favorite is actually the house, especially like the sorting/library . Some weird glitches though

Can't say enough good things about this mod. A true 10/10. There are some MINOR nitpicks (a floating rock here - a texture issue there, a typo in this letter or a redundant update message on that quest) but overall, the content is truly amazing. I wish the core story-line was anywhere near this good! The quantity of added, high-quality material like places, housing, NPCs (mostly voice acted - quite well too!), adventures, items, etc. is staggering.

The town is compact, but robust and fits in very nicely with the vanilla landscape. The house itself, along with all of it's rooms and functionality, is a bit of overkill for my tastes (I just won't take advantage of 80% of it) but it is AMAZINGLY DONE none the less, and has tons of great features I've not seen in any other housing mod.

The town is great, the house is great, but my favorite part of this mod, by far, is the adventure arc. I easily got an extra 20-30 hours of playtime exploring this mod and all of it was very high quality and enjoyable time. I haven't been this engrossed/immersed in TESIV since my first play-through. This is firmly in my top 5 content mods and I'm just sorry it took me so long to get around to trying it.

Rabidly endorsed!

Excellent quest and house. I like that the quests vary so they're not all just "go-here-kill-x" quests. Verona is a nice town that fits right in w/Oblivion's setting. Verona House is well worth everything you go thru to get it. I like all the different features that come w/the house, including the services offered by the servants. It's so much easier to sort out my items now. The only flaw is that sometimes the character's mouths keep moving even after they stop talking. But this is minor in comparison to the overall great experience. Excellent work!

Everyone should try this mod. I just got the house, and to the author, all i can say is WOW! The reward is worth the adventure. Very fun. Well done.

I really liked this mod and everything worked flawlessly for me. The only thing I would change is to make the final boss a bit more difficult.
