I had a lot of fun with this mod, thinking I was downloading a house with a small quest, it was a nice surprise to see a fully developed storyline included.
I love the new armour and meshes used.
However, there were a few things I noticed.
**SPOILERS**
There are a lot of mismatched seams, to the point where I could clearly see in to infinity from some of them, this is apparent in a lot of the aylied ruins and Harbour Town.
The voices, when the young lass first came up to me, it was clear and well done. Unfortunately from there, most of the male voices were too soft, I had to really turn up the volume to hear them, in addition, most of the NPC's sounded the same (I know, funny thing to say from vanilla Oblivion).
The parts that were not voiced in many places skimmed over too fast, so I had to ask the same thing a few times to piece together what was said picking up a few words each time.
The fight club, although it was great to have scripted banter from the spectators, when they all did it at the same time, it was a major drain on resources and slowed down my PC to a halt (4GB, 560064 X2).
Anothe thing in the fight club, I could target a seat through the bards and sit down, putting me on the other side of the cage, kind of funny, but it was a breaker in the game.
After the fight club quest I could go back down through the trapdoor, and when I tried coming back in to the inn, it advised me I couldn't, effectively trapping me.
Some of the NPC's hired afterwards had to be escorted, because if left by themselves they went partway and then stopped, even after waiting a few days, where as if you are near them they started walking towards the mansion again.
Some of the places in Harbour town could be reached via jumping, and this is fine, but I found myself walking through non corporeal doors (minor, but I thought I would mention it).
Having said that I did enjoy your wonderful mod, but I think it needs a little tweaking and polish to give it the look of how it feels.

The quests were very complex and richly detailed. I look forward to playing this again with another character to see how things play out when I decide differently on a few options given. I found myself several times mulling over a decision to be made and wondering which way I should go, ultimately deciding on a path only to wonder later on. The home and village are very nicely done, spacious with abundant and pleasing appointments.
I did not read the guidelines supplied with the download as to avoid reading anything which may spoil my fun, but have read it now. With the knowledge gained through the experience of playing these quests and reading the guidelines I know I shall enjoy and fully experience this on my next play through.
Thank you for all of your time and effort spent in bringing this to fruition so that the community can enjoy all of the wonderfulness contained within.

Combines a great quest with a great house at the end. I give it 9 instead of 10 only because a perfect 10 is unrealistic for almost any mod. Its few minor problems are more than balanced by its overall quality. I highly recommend it.

This mod is absolutely wonderful.
It's what i always thought was missing from Oblivion: something to make your "Champion of Cyrodiil" title worth something (besides the armor Ocato orders for you)
By the way, i had the same problem ginnyfizz did with Zam not going to bed with that lady, and all i did was start the 'wait' when he was in IC, say at noon, and wait 15 hours so it'd be 3am, and sure enough, there he was in bed with what's-her-name.
Again, great mod man, hope you make many, many more!

Awesome mod!
But I have a problem with the vampire disguise. When I take the potion, I get a message that I am already a vampire and thus the potion has no effect on me.
But I am not a vampire. I have been a vampire a long while ago but I got myself the cure. So why does the mod (or the game) recognize me as a vampire and how can I proceed?
Edit: Nevermind, I just killed them all...
