I have given this file my endorsement.

I have a new favourite castle.

The visual appeal of this castle is right up there. The grounds feel rather empty --- perhaps if off-duty guards used some of the space for practice it would help --- but otherwise it feels very well thought out. Gathering the people for the castle is very rewarding and also well thought out, though only one person to clean a whole castle seems a bit much.

My main complaint was the quests were insanely easy. My character was level two when I started this and never suffered more than a faint scratch. It seems a little silly that, potentially, a level one character could have got a whole castle. Either a Renown requirement or static-levelled enemies would have made more sense.

I also would have liked Cobl support. I can add The Luggage with a scroll, I can add additional (Cobl-compliant) wells and kegs (though it looks ugly), I can live without The Dinner Plate, but Cobl provides superior alchemy sorting scripts that I cannot live without (spoilt, I guess). When even the shack on the waterfront has these features, it stands out when a castle lacks them.

Absolutely Brilliant !!!

Can't imagine the insane amount of work you did, to get this to this degree of perfection! I enjoyed this better than almost all of the stock quests, and with a far superior reward.

I only wish there were about double the amount of the "Company" patrolling around the castle and grounds, as it feels a bit "empty" upon completion of everything. Outside of that single desire...the mod is just PERFECT !

Two HUGE thumbs up Antistar :)

I have given this file my endorsement.

I've played through this mod twice and loved it each time. I like how each quest gives you the feeling that you are helping to rebuild and recrew the castle. Then, you get to see the final result. Also, the castle is great and the layout is convenient.

For me, the best feature is the dual display rooms, which are the best out of any mod I've played in Oblivion. I display all the stuff I've collected from the game and other mods in this castle. Great Work!

Hoarfrost Castle

Sitting high on a bluff above the steepest part of the Orange Road is Hoarfrost Castle, a player-ownable home. Completing a series of quests unlocks ownership and the various features of Hoarfrost Castle. See inside for videos and screenshots.

great mod. well thought out and interesting plot. only one small problem with the get priest quest and that is it conflicts with bedwyr castle mod. chapel is underneath the bedwyr castle. got round that by using tcl command. you probably know about that already.

Very cool mod, very cool and I'm only part way through it. Tough though so far, I'm liking it.

Thanks for the donation to the community.
