Finally, Oblivion's only bad feature has been removed. This mod is amazing. Not only does it remove tedious parts of the game, but it makes your class important.

i like it very much because i use increased spawns on MMM and Francescos. i am a trigger happy gamer who likes slaughtering hordes of monsters to level up not train in town.

it's not perfect, since it doesn't give you much reason to level things like acrobatics
BUT it sure is better than the original oblivion leveling.

This mod is just wonderful. After years of playing Oblivion it is so refreshing to have an alternate (and better) way to level. At first I thought that the leveling system in Oblivion was unique and I enjoyed it but it got tiresome. This adds new features which allow the player many more relistic options when leveling their toon.
