This served a purpose right out of the box for me. I'm playing Tears of the Fiend again and no matter how many times I reinstall the sound folder, at a certain point in the game, NPC's begin talking very fast. Finding this mod was a huge relief. 10/10 for preventing me from putting a hole through my monitor. =)

I can't tell you how long I've looked for this file. It has cured many mod that would only display the message for a short time and I could not read that fast. Thanks again

I think the best part is the lip sync. Most mods that add custom soundless dialogue usually include the dummy resources. Unfortunately, many don't bother making li-syncs. This makes the game much more immersive.

This mod is excellent for those who have mods which add dialogue. My most noticable change is shown with "Lore Dialogue".

As for your questions Cool Camel, the lip sync files are added to ALL dialogue which doesn't have it's own and all your other mods will work the same as before with this installed, except with it's dialogue improved.
