Enhances the world so much; I'll never, ever, ever go back to non COBL Oblivion. The Races Balancing module is so amazing. Takes role playing to a whole new level. Awesome.

I wouldn't play my game without this. Each time it is updated, it makes it even better. That surprises me because each time I can never think of a way that Cobl could be better, yet there is always something new that makes me say wow! Thank you very much for making such a great mod!

I tried this after noticing King Edward 1 was missing from Daggerfall Books, nice work.

I do have a few questions, I'm using OOO 1.33 and I've enabled the OOO Cobl mod which the help file says adds ingredients to OOO creatures. Does this mean that unless I enable Cobl Tweaks (which I haven't so far) I won't see similar loot on vanilla creatures?

Also the Luggage is clipping with various guild storage chests and display cabinets, is this just a work in progress issue? I'm guessing that without OOO installed the luggage would be fine.

I quickly tried Salmo the Baker and it's really well done but there was something in his oven making the phsyics go crazy, like a demon possessed tray of cakes was locked in there
