That reminds me of the simpsons...
Lucy Lawless: "Every time you notice something like that, a wizard did it."
Frink: "Well in episode..."

I think that that might happen because the game mightn't load properly. One time I was in Ajira's room in the Balmora Mage's guild, I began to run, fell through the floor, ending up upstairs near the ground floor entrance, and I died from the "fall" . That happens to if you don't snap things together properly in TESCS, so something has caused the game not to load properly.

Yeah, I always fall through the ground in Vivec and the Balmora mages guild. I thought it was my computer.

A few starange things I got was not being able to pick up that puzzle box in the dwarven ruins. But when I talk to the guy and when he gives me the quest I can pick it up. Also in the canton"s underworks I can kill anyone at any level if I have any kind of bow with any Marksman skill level because they cant jump into the water and just stand there. There are so many more of those things in Morrowind that if I mention them all your site will crash.

because if someone picks up the puzzle box and looses it then it kinda ruins the main questA few starange things I got was not being able to pick up that puzzle box in the dwarven ruins. There's somethimg else that has ruined my main quest. The orc lady from the Balmora Mages guild totaly dissapered, bnut she still greeted me from somewhere. The only thing I could pinpoint this down to was that I had recently killed the orc with the glass Pauldrons in Suran. And that realy ****** me off, because I'd saved after I got the skull, and came back to find she was gone, and I had to start all over again, and I was almost Grandmaster of Hlaalu, 4th last rank in the theives guild.

If you play on PC you could have opened the console and typed 'RA' which should have brought her back.
Sometimes NPCs get stuck in the scenery, or fall through the floor - just another one of those weird things which happen in Morrowind from time to time.
RA also helps with some of those NPCs in Morrowind which have the uncanny ability to stand in a doorway or corridor exactly so that you cannot get past on either side.
How do they always - and I mean always pick the most inconvenient spots to stop and contemplate their surroundings? If they walked 3 steps further they would no longer constitute an obstruction but nooooooo....let's just stand in the way. NPCs in Morrowind must have supreme spatial awareness...and stubbornness - 'Me move out of the way? Hmph - who does he/she think he/she is - the Nerevarine?' <_<
