The quest to find the woman's drunken husband (in Vivec) was given to me early in the game, and as I'm trying to now finish all the miscellaneous quests in my journal, I realize I haven't found him yet. I remember reading a while back that he was turned into a corprus walker or something, however I'm pretty sure I've searched through the canalworks of every canton and haven't come across any. Anyone remember where this guy is?

He's in the sewers of the canton the wife's in. I do believe that it's the St. Olm's Canton.

He is indeed in St Olms canton underworks. He is usually found in the long cylindrical sewer tunnel that has a sharp bend in it. When you kill him, his corpse has a ring on it that you need to return to his wife to proove that he is dead. If you killed him earlier but did not take the ring, you might not be able to finish the quest.
