Best realised defensive structure in Oblivion! It felt more like a real castle than anything I've seen for the game. I had no fps problems either on my very average 2 year old p.c. I'm not sure I will move in (I'm more your ranger/sneaky adventurer than feudal knight type), but it's a great place to visit! (The three ghost mini quests were an amusing diversion for 20 mins too!) 10/10
