What if someone made a mod with saurons ring, and when you equip it some nazgûls randomly placed around the wilderness will hunt down and attack the player?
And when you take it off, they stop attacking... If not close to the player.
Startcombat and stopcombat, payfine and stuff like that could maybe be used, i don't know...
