hi all im new here i wish someone could help me here,ive search a lot about this, i am in china i bought this oblivion but when i install the game,the characters are not speaking nor opening their mouth, and the subtitle runs very fast i cant read it so right now i cant enjoy the game. please anybody help me , i really love this game.

The voice files are Bethesda's property, I don't think it's allowed to upload them for free usage.

DeusXMachina is right, it would be illegal. Unfortunately since you've bought the game in China it is, more than likely, a pirated version of the game. I'm not sure if you can even buy legit copies of anything over there!
