haints Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 What I'm hoping for: realistic skill based melee combat, i.e. based on strategy and timing rather than just stats. I don't want to feel like I defeated this or that enemy solely because I had a higher level or a better weapon ..Believable damage. No--or very few--"bullet" sponges. I hate it when a human enemy can take five arrows to the head and come out more or less unscathed. It just ruins any suspension of disbelief. So a combat mod that incorporated realistic damage--or worked well with another mod that does... would be awesome. That's it, that's pretty much what I'm looking for. But feel free to tell me why you like whatever combat mod you're using ... I'm open to trying them all before I start a serious play-through. What combat mods do you use and why?
