Salem-Arena DLC dl'ed, but I can't find it

I have dl'ed the Salem-Arena Tournament + DLC, using the Nexus program for downloading. It says it is dl'ed but when I click on the dl, it doesn't install. The Install button is blue. I think it

is installed but can't find the library in Riften, so not sure if it is really installed.

Any help appreciated.
