Started a color map....... and

Currently at version 0.3 but I need help making pipboy screen clear so color map is visible.......

 

Unlike fallout 3 it was quite easy to get rid of th scanlines and such from the pipboy screen. I have tried the clear textures I had from F3 but using them was no luck. I have the appropriate lines in my .ini

I can only assume it has something to do with the pipboy color options but not really sure. Anyway I have a BEAUTIFUL color map I made but I can't get it to display properly in the pipboy. If anyone knows what textures I need to make alpha or if there is command I am missing I am all ears.
