Skyrim lag help plx

So I played Skyrim long time ago and wanted to replay it with mods. I read about it and followed the steps in the beginners guide. But after I got it working and opened the game with SKSE, I experienced unplayable lag. I put everything on ultra and run it fullscreen windowmode, but my computer should be able to handle it, so I think I'm doing something wrong. I use NexusModManager, Loot and Bash. Everything check green.

My computer stats:

GPU Intel i5-4590 3.30GHz

8GB RAM

Nvidia GTX 750 GPU

And here's the plugins i have:

Skyrim.esm

Ultra at what resolution ?

Your video card is the weak point in your PC.
A GTX 750 is pretty weak to be running high resolution with Ultra settings with mods that use higher res textures.
If it's a 1GB version then even more so your card is the lemon when trying to run with eye candy at good frame rates as it can not throughput the data to screen quick enough and it bottlenecks.

Basically your card has the tech to do some nice rendering as long as you don't want a lot of rendering done quickly.
Bright side of it though, your card is a power miser, which equates to less heat and cheaper electricity bills...lol

Skyrim HD 2K Textures would be the first place I'd be looking.

(It doesn't have a plugin as it's just textures that replace original textures.)

It'll be textures mostly that will bottleneck your card even if it's a 2GB version card.

So filling video memory with those nice looking sexy big textures will only cause slowdowns in no time at all.
