Definitely better than Realistic Water. Kinda unfair as it came out around the same time.

While This is a half hearted endorsement (Hoping for a LOD fix eventually for the eastern part of cyrodill) this is still by far the best water mod out there. Fantastic work. Oblivion has needed a massive water overhaul for a while not. thanks!
