I have given this file my endorsement.
Really great mod! Now I can sneak up on my enemies in style!
There is a pretty major problem with the Ranger armor though... Any stock grip rifles (eg. repeater, caravan shotgun) clip heavily with the armor when holstered. I also noticed that they are being holstered the same way as pistol grip rifles (stock up) stock grip rifles were holstered stock down in FO3. I did find a fix by equipping and unequipping NCR ranger patrol armor which has a bug that makes me holster my weapon stock down, there is no clipping at all. But when I save and load my game later it reverts back to before.
By the way I found this on the Fallout Wiki:
"The clipping issue occurs due to pistol-grip rifles holstering differently to stock-grip rifles, pistol-grips holster to armor while stock-grip ones holster to the player's body, causing the clipping."
Hope this helped if you were planning on fixing this bug...

normally i perfer power armor but the black ops coat looks cool and makes more sence for sneaking then power armor
