I really like the mod, I got it along with Fellout so the night vision really comes in handy. Also got it the same day the last patch was released so I haven't been able to use NVSE with it so the toggling is a bit of a pain, but you can't help that.
Just a couple bits of constructive criticism.
1. I didn't like how you had all the armors lumped together the way you did, hopefully you spread them out a bit in the future. I didn't feel like I was slowly upgrading them so much as just getting them all at once.
2. The night vision is too powerful. By that I mean Medium Full Color is enough to get by in the middle of a Fellout night, where it's basically impossible to see anything otherwise. Worst case I use the lowest green setting and I'm fine.
On the other end of the spectrum I can go full power and step outside at noon without hindering my ability to see, save for colors.
It feels like the goggles are just adding light, not multiplying it or even increasing it exponentially. I don't know anything about mods and I'm not sure if it's feasible to do it this way but I just feel it would add realism and make power choice more interesting.
In short, I want lower levels to be utterly useless in extreme dark and I want high levels to blind me when I walk into a well lit room.

Really nice gear. A bit overpowered if you start with at Doc Mitchell's, but i used it on my second play through and with stealth turned off.
