I have given this file my endorsement.
I use it merely for checking conflicts. And it has really spared me for some major headaches. If nothing else, then because there was a requirement -like a DLC- I had not seen :-)

thank you for all the great work on this. I have been a user and fan for a long time and it has helped both problem solving and my understanding of how this works. I thought learning SQL was a bind ..............

Immensely useful tool. Making compatibility patches and quick stat changes are greatly simplified with this.

I use this nifty program just for its ability to make a merged patch! It is essential when having multiple mods running at the same time.
