Great house; simple, not overpowered/over-embellished, easy access, RP friendly.
Suggestions; the fridge(of course), purified water, lit campfire, lights in exterior, a cleaner porch and maybe a chair so i can take potshots at that goddamn robot next door.
Kudos for, imo, the first best starter house in Nevada.

needs to have the fridge issue cleared, a fireplace as well as a chair in front of it and also a hoven and a bathroom (yes im a roleplay freak).
