Awesome job Arwen. You always deliver.
One thing though. I noticed that some of the hostile White Glove society goons have too much HP... I felt like was was punching a brick wall even with 9 str and 50 unarmed.

Thanks a ton for this Mod Arwen! The hook for me was the rest script. I normally play at a timescale of 5 and it was really bugging me when I die of dehydration when I rest for 6hours. Honestly, who dies of dehydration while RESTING for a mere 6 hours?!
Anyhow, the other tweaks are awesome and much appreciated as well.

Hehe I was greeted by the famous words "your not in Kansas anymore", good touch there Arwen. Darn you work fast, diddent expect to see this for Vegas so quick but I´m thrilled. The game is already an huge improvement for me and I bet it will only get better =)
Have a cookie for your hard work (+1)
When fose for NV comes out I look forward to the excellent additions you made for fo3. Strain or fatigue is already in but not utilized to its full extent in vanilla. Particular in getting tired using melee/unarmed, getting shot/blown up or even just running. There are some boxing gloves that adds fatigue but thats about it I think (could be wrong).
p.s.
I pretty much snipe a lot in nv, is there anyway to tweak so they can shoot back from further away or at least see where my shoots come from and run to my direction? I feel a bit overpowered. ^^
