I have given this file my endorsement.

This is EXACTLY what New Vegas needs! Using all of Arwen's cores creates a very rich playing experience that I wish would be imitated more often in the professional world of game development. The vanilla game is great, but becomes very stale very quickly with little to do with your easily earned caps, a useless ability to craft, and enemies that fall at the sight of you.

**Working great with these Mods:
NMC's Texture Pack
Weapon ReTexture Project
rePopulated Wasteland
ElectroCity
Portable Campsite
Nevada Skies
Dynavision 2
Arwen's Realism Tweaks

**Still looking for mods to:
Increase visible camera and gun sway. (Esp. when running)
Implement dynamic crosshairs with Perception Aiming on.
Add new game content without compatibility issues.

Thanks a billion!!

Thank you for making this! Played vanilla for a while just to experience it un-modded, but I've obviously been spoiled and it wasn't long before I was casting about for the right mix of mods.

The med-tec module is new to me & I experienced some initial confusion with it, but am now getting the hang of it and enjoying it also.

a couple of questions:

In the 'Arwen's Option Menu', I was unsure whether an option was on or off. For example, if I'm looking at the 'combat difficulty settings' sub-menu & it displays 'Normal NPCs(default)' does that mean it's on, or do I have to click it for it to take effect- which will display 'Harder NPCs'?

I found a plasma pistol & tried to equip it but couldn't (energy weapon skill low), then later found a plasma rifle but could equip it. Is this an oversight? btw, I love these limitations

thanks again! & mod endorsed

I have given this file my endorsement.

A lot of useful and balance-wise features. Took hell of tweaking for combining into my mod list, turned out to worth every pennies.

This mod has my endorsement.

It's absolutely essential if you value any sort of realism or difficulty in your games.

With survival games rising the ranks as the top played games these days, this mod is what Fallout 4 Hardcore mode can aspire to be.

Complex and deep system, A MUST HAVE.
