SkyRanger-1 I LOVE YOU. YOU ARE A GENIUS! God bless you sir.
This mod fixed my stuttering issues while looking around and just exploring in general. I was absolutely shocked how easy it was to install and use it, all I had to do was dump all the files included in the archive into my installation directory of Fallout 4 New Vegas and run the .bat and it worked like a charm, there was at least a 50% decrease in all of the stuttering I had previously without it. That simple!
For those of you worried about using other mods being activated while using the .bat to launch the game, I found that to activate the other mods once they are installed, run FalloutNVLauncher.exe and click DATA files and make sure all the .esp files are checked, click OK, then Exit. You must run the game with no_stutter.bat to get the New Vegas Stutter Remover to work. I think that it also automatically picks up the activated .esp files that were checked in FalloutNVLauncher.exe because my Immersive Karma mod was still working when I ran the game this way. I was stealing all sorts of stuff out of the NCR post in Primm and I didn't get the bad karma message or noise. The reason I am saying this is because I used to use New Vegas Mod Manager NVMM_10-41-35726 to load those same .esp files, but I couldn't find out how to get New Vegas Stutter Remover to work with it. But it's not a problem anymore.
For shame on Bethesda, to think I was playing thier new game for the past week with all of the random stuttering, not knowing what was causing it, worried that it was my computer hardware and all the while it was their poor coding and mistakes in choosing how to automatically detect shader graphic options. What's really more disgusting is that I had played Fallout 3 for the past month in anticipation for this game and I didn't even know about the stutter remover mod for that game until just now

Awesome fix! I was never able to play New Vegas or Fallout3 completely stutter free before using this fix.

If it's not a placebo effect I'm experiencing, I actually got smoother gameplay out of this.

Having to resort to a laptop that just meets the requirments of NV this is a lifesaver. not to mention the tweakable ini and NVSE compatiblity. Hats off to you skyranger
