Simply amazing, hope we see an update for the next big comprehensive patch. Non-NVSE with the decrypted executable please =)

I have given this file my endorsement.

WIP5b is working great for me, no crashes or technical issues.

This mod is a godsend. NV runs fairly well on my system, but the framerate has a nasty habit of suddenly dipping by 20FPS or more in certain areas, sometimes cutting my FPS right in half. While I think that anything above 35 is more than playable enough for me, the sudden fluctuation in frames is really jarring and distracting. Finally having the option to lock the framerate at something other than 60FPS has made gameplay overall much smoother for me, and all the other tweaks have allowed me to put my settings a little bit higher than normal. For anyone with a low-end system, or if you're just looking for more consistency in performance, GET THIS MOD.
