Works perfectly and for the first time I can actually see the results of all of the changes I had been making in my Fallout.ini. I had also made the same changes to my Fallout-default.ini and setting it to read only but no joy there either.

Run without Launcher

Run the game directly without using the launcher (stops Fallout.ini being overwritten)
