This made my game playable. The stutters are almost completely gone. My only worry now is will this work with FOSE (FNVSE?) when it is released? Anyway, utterly superb mod for anyone who hates stutters.

Fantastic as far as I can tell. Question though, it seems like you only need to load this once from the program to get it to work. Will I need to start it from FNV4GB from now on to get the large address aware option? When FNV Script Extender I'll have to start NV using that, so I wont get the 4gb functionality? I'm not running steam so passing steams exe check isn't a requirement.

Seemed to help smooth things out a little bit. I also tweaked my ini slightly and have the d3d9 fix, and my game runs pretty much flawlessly completely maxed out even with a ton of mods.

Incredibly useful, have experienced a lot less crashes to desktop, frame rate seems slightly better.

Working great so far.
This also fixed the stuttering/frameskipping so i don't need to use a dedicated mod for this problem anymore.
Thanks a lot.
