I have given this file my endorsement.
I cant believe they didn't make the vanilla version of the game able to recognize 64bit OS's, I mean its not exactly a new thing anymore. Thanks loved it for FO3 and love it for NV

I tried the video cards mods (I have Tri-4870's) and still got stutter) gave this mod a try and ..."magic" - all stutter and FPS problems gone

I have given this file my endorsement.
My rig:
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Intel Core i7 920 @3.8 GHz
6GB of RAM
NVidia GTX 480
I was hesistant to try this, because despite trying to read up on it, I'm still note sure exactly what the heck it does in layman's terms. However, I'm thoroughly impressed with how dramatic the improvement has been for me.
I couldnt run the game very well on my rig/ IT would stutter and slowdown a lot. I was running the game on Medium, for crying out loud. I tried the D3D9.dll fix which really improved my framerate, but it wasnt enough.
I install this, and now my game is flying, and I can finally run on Ultra High settings with 8xAA.
Again, thanks for this. Its like a whole new game now.

Works great, had to play on medium to have a decent FPS, now I can go on Ultra with FPS just fine, thank you for this.
