hi its wood i would love to see that amor that was on safera in eragon on that dragon mount it would rule plus i was woundering why cant we wfight on our mounts i wish there was i mod that lets you do that

Firstly, you need to ask yourself, "Is this possible?", because it would be very difficult to model dragon armour. Secondly, it is literally impossible for mounted combat. That has been said many times over. It has been hardcoded into the game. There will never be mounted combat in Oblivion.
