Great addition to the shooter part of the game. It's kind of weird that Obsidian didn't include this one in all the stuff they took from great FO3 mods.

Loved it as part of FWE, hoping that they integrate it into whatever they are planning for NV.

Also, I know you are working on perks for future updates, I really love the ideas that are being put forth here with the VATS perks and would love if you were to continue that, but it would be really great if you were to copy(with permission, of course) the FWE perks that they have for bullet time(slower AP drain, more slowdown etc) and the AP regen perks. Cheers!

VATS was a genius idea from Bathesda, but Bullettime is a better idea for immersiveness
