Fantastic mod. Could use some balancing, but really adds to the game. This, coupled with the perk every level mod, lets you really customize your character.

Very nice, thanks! I just didn't like the perk every-other-level thing, and taking a perk every level just kind of got overwhelming with the vanilla lists. This is the perfect solution!

This really adds a lot to the game. I especially like the ones that add new features like extra functionality to workbenches and also both the ghoul perks (Rise and Shine is addicting.) Weapon repair master can be a bit frustrating with how quickly it drains AP, so you kind of have to stand around and not wander if you want your weapon repaired. Still, I do like not being stressed about finding a similar weapon.

Anyway I endorse the file. Keep up the good work
