For some reason, I'm getting Thunder and Lightning in game, but I'm not getting any rain? It just thunders and lightnings, but never rains. Any idea why?

Once I got this mod installed correctly, I immediately noticed a huge difference when I looked at the sky. Namely, that it was beautiful. Still, I didn't fall in love 'til later, when I had just finished battling Violet and her dogs. Then I hear a storm coming. And then I'm trapped in a RADIOACTIVE SANDSTORM! This mod is amazing.

Only problem I've had is the game occasionally crashes when I go outside, though that may be unrelated, or due to mod conflict. Anyways, fantastic mod. Great work!
