How? I searched for this in the ini, but didn't find nothing to move a reticle. Are you referring to making one?
What I am looking for isn't created yet anyways. I want the reticle to be moved whilst attaining the accuracy. You may be able to move it, but the targeting will be off because the actual crosshair will still be in the same spot you moved it from, you just can see it at a different spot.
I'd still like to know how I could make, move the crosshair with HUD Status Bars. I have this mod installed.

My question is, is it compatible with / able to be installed with Nexus Mod Manager?
If no, any chance it will ever be?

This can't be compatible with a mod manager except for OBMM, since you need to manually edit your Oblivion.ini in Documents/My Games/Oblivion.

Alright installed this through oblivion mod manager and this is what happens: I get into the game and see the mod has taken effect HOWEVER, I can not use my mouse to choose anything anymore, like clicking on something in a menu screen, it forces me to use the arrow buttons, second the arrow buttons have been reversed so up is right and right is up etc. The text is uneligible and the inventory screen is inaccessible. I did a normal OBMM install but when i activated it, i didnt get any install options popped...

Try with a manual installation. Darnified UI don't like mod managers, because you need to do something more than simply "drop all files in the data folder and run the game". Just follow the readme and you'll be fine.

My only problem is the process of making it NMM compatible (you have to manually move around the files in the .rar, which takes a bit of know-how and modding experience). I know it's not required, but it's easier for me than manually in the long-run, and you still have to edit the .ini files yourself. Love this mod, endorsed. (:

Running Windows XP SP3... installed the omod file into the installer in Wrye Bash.... No I'm not running OBMM... One Mod manager is enough...
When running Oblivion I noticed the text in the Journal was too Large and Black... and froze up the game... Uninstalled...
Any one have suggestions?? Please don't tell me to run OBMM... thx

Read the readme.
You have to edit the file "Oblivion.ini" in your documents folder
