Great job once again and thanks to everyone who helped to make this a great housing mod for us. I appreciate all the hard work that went into making it. I love how you mixed some of the old with some of the new. I think my favorite change is the new garden room, its excellent for us crafters and I think that its perfect. I'm looking forward to watching this mod and seeing if/how it changes. Thanks again

however, for me, the hideout is kinda a long way away from anything, despite this, its still a fantastic mod

I have given this file my endorsement.
For how unique this house mod actually is there are few if any really mayor bugs with it I would have to say the best house mod out.
Glitches I found:
-The garden room the door closest to the master bedroom is off a bit.
-There is one item that you cannot pickup without losing karma it's a beer right by the antique nuka-cola fridge and the vendor right next to the same fridge is also the same.
-In the master bedroom there is a flaw with the control panel to open where the weapons are you can barely just press one side of the panel.

Things I loved in the FO3 version that I'd love to see ported over to NV are the ability to defenses to the hideout and the teleporter. First of all the teleporter was just pretty, but also very useful to be able to port home, drop a load of stuff and head back out again.
Oh! I did notice that the soda machine was owned so your stealing every time you take something from it. A shame really because a soda machine is the perfect place to store Nukas and Sarsaparillas.

but could you add one one of those computer on the wall (uhei) (forgot the name) in the armory? and a armor sort and misc sort (one for the parts with reload bench and one other for the working bench) in your next update?
