This mod is a superb idea that is executed with excellence. I run this along with Nevada Skies and Fellout New Vegas.

Love this mod and endorse. I seriously lol'd at the drunk engineer in the Strip who yelled at me for poking her and then threw up.
I started with v07CFix and didn't care for Emittance due to the casino sign issues but the latest version is much better. A couple of things you might look at possibly adjusting with Emittance are the interior neon lights in Lucky 38 and also the glow on the Quartz, Victory, etc bottles. The interior signs are having the same issues as the exterior ones were making them hard to read; and the bottles glow so much they look like blobs rather than bottles.
One glitch I had is involving the Booted quest. One of the Powder Ganger prisoners changed to an engineer who keeps escaping as I near the camp. He always gets killed before I reach the camp causing the quest to fail.
I had to disable all the EC mods (not just Byways) and make a clean save to get him to turn back to a Powder Ganger but he still escapes, gets killed, and the quest fails. Not sure what's up with that.
I also had a question on load order that I think I misunderstood from the read me. I'm using URWLNV with Nevada Skies so my load order is:
EC-CW
EC-HB
EC-Nevada Skies replacer
NSkies-URWLNV
EC-Emittance
Is this correct, and based on your previous posts do I need to reactivate the Nevada Skies esp and deactivate EC-Nevada Skies replacer since I'm not using Darker Nights?

Love the new lighting, not sure the faction needs such a huge base with buildings that you can't explore though. Hopefully you can do something interesting with that in the future.
