Appreciate you attempting to provide patches for compatibility with other major projects as well. Your commitment to this mod and the scene is noticeable, and commendable.

Absolutely superb mod. Gives the Wasteland a real flavour at night. I run with URWL and the two seem to complement each other extremely well.
I came across the 'directed moonlight' and thought it was great. Gave that little bit extra in a hazardous place that otherwise would mean you'd just not be able to go there at night.
Might just be my graphics, but at night the yellow windows (e.g. the Goodsprings saloon) really seem garish to me, without the Emittance extra.
Minor bug I noticed: The floodlight outside the Major's tent in Camp Forlorn Hope is present, glowing, but emitting no light, meaning the place is dramatically darker than it should be. Alternatively you haven't done there yet and it just looks weird
Requests:
1) I'm sure you have plenty of future lighting plans, but one in particular that comes to mind is Hoover Dam. For a source of power (literally & figuratively), it's remarkably dark..
2) I would love to see some impact based on choices in the HELIOS ONE quest. Given that you redirect & add power to zones of the map with that quest branch, it would seem directly relevant to the lighting you can thus provide.
3) Same on a smaller scale goes for Nellis Air Force base, which is currently almost as dark as Hoover Dam, and also has two generator/solar power quests. (Edit: I grant you that ElectroCity couldn't make it to the base without getting blown up, but I think you could suitably stretch to the Boomers knowing how to fit a light bulb or two
Greak work! Keep it up!

I honestly cant believe how amazing this with Nevada sky's weather data is! Seriously i cant imagine that the light levels, darkness, and atmosphere can be any better!
I found that i had to put the esps for this right at the very bottom of my load order to work, but all sorted and all is the best its ever been!
Common people vote for this over the bouncing breasts!
