My favourite is Wood Elf.

By far, Breton and Dark Elves.
Breton is fit for mages character
while Dark Elves a.k.a Dunmer is Jack-of-all-trades! Most monster in Oblivion Planes love to shoot you with fire <_<

I prefer Bretons. Their small size seems to fit well with mages and assassins.

I think the Imperial suck. They offer no upsides, even their racial powers are useless.

I generally play Bretons- too difficult to resist the bonuses if you're playing a magical character- I liked the acrobatics of khajits but bretons can be pretty nimble when trained

I like all races, except Imperial and Redguard.

Just like Ninja_lord666 said, Imperials just suck.

I dislike Redguards because they seem obsessed with the emperor and it seems to me that they are sucking up to the imperials.

My first three characters were Khajiit, Orc and Dunmer. So you might say that they are my favorite races.

My favorite races are the High Elves and Dark Elves. I played Morrowind as a High Elf, but am playing Oblivion as a Dark Elf
