As I said before the atmosphere you created is outstandig. But theres one request i got though. Every wasteland settlement needs a brothel/casino or the like. Maybe the style that Gizmo's Casino got in the original Fallout. With an overweighted sweatallover mean sonofab*tch local crimelord as an owner. Not a wussy like Colin Moriarty was. =D

Very nice and 'natural' atmosphere in the interiors. Lots of attention to detail ... very nice. Perhaps some areas could be optimized a bit at some point (as I get performance hits in some areas), but the craftsmanship here is evident, and warrants recognition. :D

OblivionGR -- Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. This is, hands down, the finest settlement/town mod I have ever tried (and all with in-game assets!). Even with the fps drop and the non-voiced npcs -- it's more than worth playing.

The atmosphere is astounding, and immersive as hell. The player house, alone, is reason enough to download. I'll be looking forward to your updates. Thanks again. I've already voted for a file of the month this month, but will be voting for RustTown in February.

Highly recommended mod!

awesome place, would like to see more. very detailed and everything fits right in its place. also like the nps, which are integrated in this nice sandbox town.
I had no performance issues on a medium rack.

one minor glitch:
the north-eastern door leads to the void. should be locked at this stage?
