This makes the game look loads better. Out of all of the weather/graphic tweak mods I've played with, this is by and far my favorite.

Spent a long time tweaking this to my liking.... worth it.
The visuals are intensly cartoony sometimes (esp. the blue/ green band of spectrum pop at you)
At best: Looks pretty real (mindbogglingly so)
At worst: way better than Vanilla (Way better)
Using nevada skies, and electro-city as well; makes great combo w/ imaginator
