This makes fallout 3 a great great game. The difficulty it adds. The choices you now how to make. Awesome. Thank you for this mod. Without it fallout 3 is just a mediocre game but with this mod its one of the most exciting SP games to play. Thank you a lot for this mod.

Only thing I don't quite like is the way limb damage and healing is handled. Along with rarity of stimpaks. So I installed primary needs and real injuries for that part of the game. Together it works perfectly. Sadly had to deactivate food changes but its a good balance now.

Thanks again

I have given this file my endorsement.

I had not endorsed it and I really should. Even without any major update I find that mod works well in most of the new DLC places/content (except of course for the rarity stuff)

I love the modular style of the mod and the difficulty it adds to the game. I wish you would update it.

Overall, I hate balance mods that "Do Everything" with one file. The modular nature of this mod is incredibly useful. My only request would be a Necessities mod that removes the effects of drugs for sleeping. I would use that mod except for the whole problem of being unable to sleep because I stocked my Nuke Cola machine.

The modular nature of this mod works around the fact that it hasn't been updated in forever...
But anyway,to those of you wondering about FOIP, as far as I can tell it is a BAD idea to use it with FOOK, MMM, FWE, etc. as the FOIP is meant for far older versions and, for me, caused more problems. Certain parts of XFO don't need to be CPed. The only way (other than posting a list), is to do a little background research. But posting XFO in your load list early is a way to avoid most bugs regardless.
Hopefully this has been helpful.

Good overhaul,great flexibility.

P.S. maybe Glowed Ones too overpowered, they are tougher than supermutans, imho less health and much more radiation dmg for them will be nice. thx.

Lots of ways to make the game more challenging and/or interesting.. thanks a lot for that. And so modular!

Ahh, splitting this mod apart into individualized components was brilliant, something I wish other overhauls did. Makes my load list a touch longer, but if I really had a problem with that you have a pre-set mod included in the mix to make anyone happy. Yayz!

...one idea though, when you take the 'flaw' perks, have the option for players to sacrifice a perk to undo the flaw, thus losing a couple perks to counter the flaws. Don't have to use it, I can just not use flaws and all that jazz, just something I'd consider doing when I took out my level limit.
