Tis about time! No longer after wiping out a whole settlement do you have to leave the children defenseless to survive the wastes. You can just end their suffering right there.

Epic 10 for being the first one there. Great success!
Honestly though, you think Bethesda could have at least planned ahead and fixed the graphical glitches. Sheesh. They knew it would happen.
Also, just say no to non-lootable. If I want to roleplay a pedophile, I should be able to. This is Fallout, anything goes.
EDIT:
MAJOR MISTAKE on the part of Bethesda. Default nude bodies for children have only texture-based clothes. We'll have nude children BEFORE we have nude adults!

Excellent effort...finally answers the question of weather or not it was possible.
A step in the right direction, for sure. More freedom is always a good thing in this game.

Great mod, it fixes one of the many things that made "Fallout 3" nothing more than "Oblivion with Gunz."

Excellent. Once the graphical glitches and meshes/textures are fully scripted, this will get a 10.
The next step up will be to put the "childkiller" perk from the original fallouts back into the game. Another idea would be to add animations to make the adults "grieve" when they come across dead children. Likewise, children should "grieve" when they come across their murdered parents. Powerful, man, powerful.

Awesome! But, how did you make those .esp files? The Construction Set have not been released yet?

Thanks for removing the unkillable flag. I don't intend to kill the children on purpose. But when they are unkillable, it removes the need to be careful when there are children around.
Some suggest a huge karma loss if killing children. I think that would be the wrong incencitive for people playing evil characters to get low karma fast. :-D
