There appears to be 2 esp files in the download one that appears outside the data folder and one inside when extracted. The one outside is slightly larger and has a later creation date so I assume it is the correct one can you verify this.

ok, not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but ummm the clothing makes the wearer invisable, once wearing it, all you see is the pc/npcs head. is this a graphic glitch or possibly a mod interfernce?

I also had the same problem. Only after I manually extracted the files and put them in the proper folders did the mod work. I don't use the Mod Manager, so that might help too, not sure.
