I have given this file my endorsement.

This mod kicks butt. I'd give it 9.5 out of 10. There are just two things that get to me

1) There's no big base full of Vertibirds like Raven Rock or Adam's Air. It pains me to see such an awesome army with no HQ.

2) The American Army people are wearing the Snow stuff from OA. Put those bad boys in Combat or Ranger Armor and it would be sooo much better. I tried changing this in GECK but 090 is an .esm and it wasn't too happy about that.

This is the best mod ever, but you missed putting Assult Rifles and Chinese Assult Rifles for The Brotherhood of Steel

One of my favorite mods out there. Saw this a while back but didn't have Broken Steel, so didn't DL it. Worth it just for the orbital strike. I was disappointed that this marvelous effect was basically just a one-time showing before.

As a small note for those who don't have super high end machines...lots of dudes with big guns shooting + lots of enemies with big guns shooting + orbital strike = possible crash.
