I love this mod, it makes the city look so real. My fps did not even take a hit, though my graphics card is pretty decent, but the rest of my computer is 5 years old. Don't hesitate to download this.

I also recommend the Megaton walkway for a great way to make Megaton an enjoyable place to live. I never did like Tenpenny Tower! Thanks to this mod, I doubt I could do without it, true Western feel and theme here!
